I assume Paris Hilton is dressing as a cop to poke fun at her recent arrest for DUI. From the thighs up she looks very hot in this costume. It looks like the stockings came off a dead manequin and she shoes look grandmotherish. Paris Hilton will do better stripping on a pole.
