JEREMY Piven , who is given some of the best lines in "Entourage" as uber-agent Ari Gold, has a few of his own. The actor was asked by Replay to join the likes of Paris Hilton, Jamie-Lynn Sigler and Mickey Rourke in designing a "Celebri-Tease shirt." Each was asked for his or her favorite, funniest or most outrageous expression for a specially designed T-shirt to be auctioned for charity on www.charityfolks.com. Piven's reads, "Tell the truth and run. Now I say tell the truth and stay."
